2. What we process

• Booking enquiry: name, e-mail, phone (if given), arrival and departure dates, number of guests and your message.
• Technical data: what the website needs to run securely (e.g. IP address, browser type).
• Cookies and analytics: only with your consent (see section 5).

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and arranging the booking – steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and proper operation of the website – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visit statistics (Google Analytics) and showing Google Maps photos and ratings – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

We do not sell data. We share it only with service providers who help us (hosting, e-mail) and, with your consent, with Google (Google Analytics, Google Maps). Google may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies

Necessary cookies are required for the website to work. Analytics and functional cookies (Google Analytics, Google Maps content) are used only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to answer and arrange the booking; data related to a stay is kept as long as the law requires (e.g. guest registration and accounting). After that it is deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
